Holiday organisers are required by law to state arrangements for the repatriation of customers in the event of insolvency. In the unlikely event of Acromas becoming insolvent the CAA/ABTA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and you would be refunded any money that you have already paid us. Items not purchased directly through Acromas Holidays will not be protected under the Acromas ABTA or ATOL licences.
